Woohoo! Nearly a 4lbs loss this week. I'm quite proud of that, though I do feel like I cheated a little bit. Saturday I started taking a weight loss supplement just to try it out. Everything else I did the same, so I'm happy that it's working, but I definitely feel guilty.

M & I walked around the park 3 times this week and using my trusty ipod/pedometer, I burned nearly 200 calories each time. It felt good. I love that the weather is getting nicer. It stinks that tomorrow is going to be 72 and I'll be stuck in an office all day, but hopefully it'll get warmer for the weekends soon, too. I threw in some weight training on the days that I didn't walk (and even a little when I did). 

My hubby works late today and tomorrow, so I think we'll be headed to the park 2 more times this week.

  1. I don't really think it's cheating. It's hard to lose weight, and I think sometimes we need a little boost to past the ruts. Plus, the boost in weight loss will be a great motivator!

  2. Thats great!! Your doing awesome. I don't think it's cheating at all ... i drink a slim-fast for breakfast every morning. Whatever works. ;) Glad that you pushed past your rut! :)
