Walking: 1 hour (walked around the mall at a fairly quick pace)
Hula Hoop: 4 minutes
Cardio (Punches): 3-4 minutes
Not too bad. I'm not feeling it as much today as I was yesterday, but I'm okay with that since I'm pretty exhausted today. I did notice that I'm starting to see some faint ab lines coming in near my waist - so that's definitely a plus! I still think the scale is going to be a little higher this week then last, but we'll see. I do know that my measurements have dropped a bit, though.
