Yesterday was day 4 of my Get Moving challenge. I actually did really well. Not counting the 2 hours that the Little Monster and I spent at the park, I did get a lot of moving done.
Running in Place: 1 minute
Jumping Jacks: 25
Push-Ups (against a wall): 15
Weight Training: 1 minute
And let me tell you, my thighs are definitely feeling it today!
