Weekly Weigh In - Week 31

How Do I Participate:

I didn't hit my January goal, but I did lose weight this week, so I'm proud of that. If you missed my last post, I dropped 2 pants sizes, so I'm really happy about that, too. I think a 2lbs loss is a great way to start the New Year. I have a respiratory infection this week (have had it since Sunday), so there was very little exercise (though I did get a few work outs in). Hopefully this bug will go away soon because it's draining all of my energy. Even though I didn't work out, I did eat smaller portions and tried to stay away from heavy foods. I think that this contributed greatly to my loss this week.

I've adjusted my monthly goal and would like to be somewhere in the 185 range by February 3rd. The 6th is M's birthday, so I'd like to lose a few more pounds before seeing all of our family & friends again. Wish me luck!bbbb
