Weekly Weigh In - Week 28

How Do I Participate:

1. Write a Blog Post. Somewhere in it you MUST post the 'Weekly Weigh-In' Button and your weight loss or gain (a picture is recommend, but NOT required). You do not need to post your actual weight, though it may be helpful for you.
2. Link up using the McLinky below (Please link to your actual Weekly Weigh-In post, NOT your main blog page)
3. Become a follower of My Little Apricot with GFC! 
4. Visit other blogs on the linky and show your support. Congratulate them on their weight-loss and encourage them when they are struggling! Be sure to return the favor if someone visits/follows you.

I'm a little disappointed this week with the gain. I know, I know, it's probably just water weight, but even still it's discouraging to see the scale go to up instead of down. I did keep track of my calories this week, but it's been so cold that I haven't been in much of an exercising mood. I wish I had the motivation and drive to exercise every day.

What is your exercise motivator in the winter?

  1. I know it's no fun to see the scale go in the wrong direction but you are doing great!! Keep it up and don't get discouraged!!

    I gained a pound too... let's lose it together by next week!! Go US!!!
