Well, I expected a gain this week after the holidays. And honestly, a 1.3lbs isn't terrible considering we had 2 big family dinners plus my birthday last week. Not bad at all.


I didn't make my goal for this month - I missed it by about 5lbs. I am a little disappointed about this. Here's hoping December is better for weight loss!

  1. The holidays are so tough! If you keep your goal in your mind during all the feasting it will help you eat a little less. You can do it :)

  2. That's not too bad. It's the holiday's so it's to be expected. I'm just going to try to exercise more, like almost everyday...to offset it.
