Weekly Weigh In - Week 19


How Do I Participate:

I guess all that walking 2 weeks ago really did pay off! I made sure to count my calories very carefully this week and I don't think I went over at all. I also made sure to do a little bit of weight lifting and some reverse crunches this week. I'm actually really proud of myself.

In fact, I had to change my November 18th goal since 2.2lbs in 5 weeks is way more than doable. So I've changed it from 192 to 190.

Lets hope I can keep this up, I really want to get out of the 190s again. And hey, I'm almost at a 20lbs total loss!

    It looks like you got the linky blog hop code working! Did you try McLinky one at all?? Maybe next week we can use that one again. I think they got their kinks worked out and I like seeing the images!

  3. Woohoo! Way to go! you did great. I didn't weigh this morning. I am sure it was bad. I was did really bad this week, plus next week we are going out of town and will be eating out at every meal. I will be back to weighing in October 28th. :D
