So cute! And the dress is, too! Love the fabric and colors and the knots instead of buttons. Why didn't I think of that? I put buttons on all my girls straps, sheesh! I almost thought the pink balloon was attached to her hair as part of the outfit, yes, I need new glasses. Very pretty post!
